We are very pleased to inform you about a few changes that have been going on in Royal Elite Vacation Club and that we would love to share with you.

In order for us to communicate much better with you, we have implemented a new Live Chat system on our website so you can ask immediate questions and that way our Customer Service Agents can give you a prompt response.  The Live Chat will have the same schedule as our Member Service Department. After that period of time, any e-mails or voice messages are welcome. 

Also, for you to feel even more pampered, in Sandos Cancun Luxury Resort, and Sandos Finisterra Beach Resort, we have added the Butler Service exclusively for our Members. They will be constantly in touch with you during your stay, making sure that you have everything you need in order to feel comfortable. In Sandos Caracol Eco Resort, and Sandos Playacar Beach Resort we have added our Public Relations team who will be around the whole resort, looking for Members to ask them about their stay and assisting them in any way possible as your satisfaction is their number one priority.

Due to the new aforementioned services, we are now hosting a Members Only Cocktail Event once a week in Sandos Cancun Luxury Resort, Sandos Caracol Eco Resort, and Sandos Playacar Beach Resort.

For your own convenience, Sandos Hotels & Resorts now has its own Tour Agency, called “Seek & Go” which offers all sorts of tours, excursions and activities for all of our guests, and of course, offering special discounts on these for our Members. For more information, please ask our Royal Elite Concierges at the VIP offices in each hotel.

We have also noticed that some of our Members are still trying to contact us through our old phone numbers despite our previous Newsletters in which we attached our most recent contact list. 

Last, but not least, we want to invite you to join our Social Media channels so you can keep in touch with our latest updates on a daily basis, while also checking out pictures and live stream videos.
